O projeto cr\u00edtico, que estava &#8220;Verde&#8221; h\u00e1 48 horas, agora est\u00e1 &#8220;Vermelho Cr\u00edtico&#8221;. Prazos estourados, escopo imposs\u00edvel, equipe em burnout.<\/p><p>Bem-vindo ao fen\u00f4meno do <strong>Projeto Melancia<\/strong>: verde por fora (nos reports executivos), mas vermelho vivo por dentro (na realidade operacional).<\/p><p>Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 um incidente isolado; \u00e9 uma epidemia corporativa. Pesquisas do Gartner (antiga CEB) indicam que <strong>75% das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> convivem com projetos que parecem saud\u00e1veis nos relat\u00f3rios, mas escondem falhas estruturais graves.
